Our walking holidays in the French Alps and the Dolomites, and walking breaks in the Lake District and Peak District, are perfect for those who enjoy the company of others and being part of a small group of like minded people: Many arrive as strangers and leave as friends.

We set out to offer good value for money walking holidays in great locations; our knowledge and service will always ensure your stay will be a truly memorable one. All our walking holidays and breaks are based in personally and carefully chosen traditional inns and hotels; we have selected them for their friendliness, warm hospitality and excellent locations.

"My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our short break at Hartington in the Peak District. Mike and Paula are the most friendly and helpful guides and hosts, and they took us on three most interesting and attractive walks. The Charles Cotton hotel was most comfortable and the evening meals were delicious. We stayed an extra night and would love to return next year, we are also going to Chamonix with them in June this year.
